Boss vs staff

I really don’t understand how to feel about having staff ganging up on bosses, I use to be the one bitching about bosses and being difficult all the time, I think now I am in a different shoes, I must say, what goes around comes around.

Sine we hired few more staff, they have been ganging up, and I seriously hate the attitude they are showing to us. Is this normal?

I really thought people we hired have the motivation & passion towards what they do, apparently I was wrong. There’s no drive at all! I cant stand it!!!!!!!!!!!
